Yes. Many clients start on the treatment table with one of our massage treatments and then combine a session of yoga therapy, guided meditation or pelvic steaming to experience the potency of the combined modalities.
How does pelvic hydrotherapy work?
It’s a modest, private setting where a gown is worn to cover the body before sitting on the yoni stool.
The plant medicine is prepared by the therapist beforehand and placed beneath a yoni steaming stool.
While steaming the pelvic region, a guided meditation is offered to enhance your experience and give you the full mind and body connection.
